At Rivers, we believe that while delivering content, we must always ask, “How can this content or process reflect the nature of God?” We seek to teach Christianly—equipping children not only with knowledge and skills for the real world, but with hearts and minds shaped by the gospel.

I am passionate about supporting teachers to thrive in their calling, providing high-quality instruction grounded in evidence-based pedagogical approaches. We believe all students can succeed when given the right time and support, and that all teachers can teach to high standards when equipped to do so. Early and ongoing intervention are essential to this vision.
